Booking Terms

DOZI Travel ("we", "us") is an online travel booking agent. We help you search and book flights and accommodation. Inventory, pricing, and fulfilment are provided by Duffel Ltd. and the underlying airlines and accommodation providers ("Suppliers"). We act as an intermediary between you and the Suppliers; the travel contract for each flight or stay is between you and the relevant Supplier.

Prices shown are sourced live from the Suppliers and include taxes and mandatory fees unless stated otherwise. The full total — base fare/room, taxes and any fees — is displayed before you pay. Prices and availability are not guaranteed until your booking is confirmed and paid, as Supplier inventory changes in real time.

Payment is taken at the time of booking. International bookings are processed by Stripe; domestic (Israel) bookings are processed by Grow. We do not store your full card details. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received and the Supplier returns a confirmation reference.

After payment we issue a confirmation containing your booking reference and itinerary. You are responsible for ensuring passenger/guest names match travel documents, and for meeting passport, visa, health and entry requirements. Errors in names or dates may be non-correctable or chargeable by the Supplier.

Changes, cancellations and refunds are governed by the fare rules and property policy of the relevant Supplier, which are shown before payment. Some rates are non-refundable. To request a change or cancellation, contact us (see §8); we will retrieve a quote from the Supplier and confirm any refund or penalty before proceeding. See our Cancellation Policy.

As a booking agent, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of Suppliers (e.g. delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or service quality). Our liability for our own services is limited to the booking fees we charged, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Israel, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
