Cancellation & Refunds

1. Supplier rules apply
Cancellation and refund terms are set by the airline or accommodation provider for the specific fare or rate you book. These terms are shown to you before payment. Some fares and rates are fully or partially non-refundable, and some changes carry a Supplier penalty.
2. How to cancel
To cancel or change a booking, contact us by email at support@doziai.com or WhatsApp +972528531989, with your booking reference. We retrieve a cancellation quote from the Supplier showing any refund due or penalty, and we proceed only after you confirm.
3. Refund timing
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Suppliers and payment processors set the timing; refunds typically take several business days to several weeks depending on the Supplier and your bank.
4. Non-refundable bookings
Where a fare or rate is non-refundable, no refund is available after booking, even if the trip is not taken. We will always show whether a booking is refundable before you pay.
5. No-shows & airline/property changes
No-shows are generally non-refundable. If a Supplier cancels or materially changes your flight or stay, we will help you obtain the remedy the Supplier offers (rebooking, refund or credit) under its policy.

This document is a working template for DOZI Travel and is pending review by legal counsel before commercial launch. DOZI Travel acts as a booking agent; flights and stays are fulfilled by Duffel Ltd. and the underlying airlines and accommodation providers.
